Getting to Redsands Villa is straight forward! We're within strolling distance of the coach and train stations, and by car Paignton is well sign-posted with Redsands Villa easy to find once you get here - just find the sea!

Simply turn right out of the exit of either Paignton's coach or rail station until you meet the Torbay Road, and turn right across the level crossing.

Go straight ahead for a few hundred metres until you hit the main sea front road, with the Apollo cinema in front of you.

Turning right, Redsands Villa is a few more hundred metres up the road, accessible via its own service road in front of the row of properties, accessible via Adelphi Road.

 From M4/M5 North

The M5 turns into the A38, and Torquay is clearly signposted.

Bear left on to the A380. Torquay is signposted, and this is a long steep hill. Follow this road for several miles.

At the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot go straight on, following the A380 to Torquay.

About three miles further on an island, turn right on to the A380 ringroad to Paignton.

Straight on at the next roundabout (Gallows Gate), and at Preston Down island go straight on signposted Paignton A380.

At next roundabout (Churscombe Cross), turn left - signposted Paignton town centre and sea front.

Just over a mile on, take the left fork at a mini island.

At traffic lights, turn right past a large milkbottle!

At next traffic lights you can only turn left into Hyde Road, past a line of shops.

At next corner, before the railway station, take the left fork to the sea front.

Woolworths is on your left and you go over the railway crossing.

The road brings you to the sea front, and a T junction, opposite the Apollo Cinema, turn right.

Take first right into Adelphi Road, then immediately left into the service road in front of our apartments.

We are half way down on the right, the only property painted pale green!
